Cancellations, modifications and refunds
In case the passenger or passengers do not show up at the time and place indicated in the reservation form, the cab will wait for 20 minutes, in case of no-show the cab will leave and the reservation money will not be refunded in any case.
You may cancel a reservation at least 12 hours in advance.
You can change your tour details at least 2 hours in advance by calling 932 028 800.
Warranties and insurance
For now we do not have this type of insurance, beyond the cab's own automobile insurance. But we are working to expand the coverage to our customers and get one with the best quality ratio.
Of course! All our cab drivers speak both Spanish and English, to facilitate communication with the different customers who want to enjoy the routes offered by TaxiTour.
About collection and transportation:
If it is a "standard" baby stroller there is no problem to store it in the trunk of the cab, if the baby stroller is double (for twins) or larger than average, please call 932 028 800.

In the event that we deny your reservation due to unavailability of cabs, a refund will be made to your credit card, so that you can rebook the tour at a different date or time if you wish.
